What is a journey?

Each panorama you imagine costs one journey (credit). Browsing the archive of places already imagined is always free.

I bought credits but don’t see them.

Credits are added a few seconds after a purchase completes. If they don’t appear, fully close and reopen the app; the balance refreshes on launch. Still stuck? Email us with the approximate time of purchase.

Are the panoramas historically accurate?

They are AI-generated impressions of a place and era — evocative rather than documentary. Treat them as imaginative reconstructions, not historical records.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
